Slater gives you more balance and is defensively miles better. I aren't sure Seri will start straight away either
A bit better in the 2nd half, Woods brought a bit of control back to the midfield, and won the second half 1-0 could have been worse.
We have one up front no midfield and a defence that gets no cover from a small midfield - it doesn’t work !!!!! We desperately need the new guys in but they have to help a very shaky defence who are now punchdrunk
Well that was a bit of a **** show wasn't it. Starting 11 just weren't at the races, no one willing to put their foot on the ball and run at them, made it far too easy for them. Woods, Williams and Smith all made a difference when they came on, that just goes to show have batshit crazy the starting 11 was and how poor our squad depth currently is. What a clusterfuck.
My concern about the number of chances we give up only grows after that. Some really poor defending and retention of the ball in midfield.
He's really not that good, assist apart he's done nothing tonight, same as against Coventry. I rarely see him win a tackle, or get on the ball like Woods, his off the ball movement to take it off his defence is very inconsistent. We have better players........ Quite a few better players now Pelkas has also signed

We're probably being a little precautionary as Cannon didn't play bad at the weekend when he came on.
Do you watch our games, Coventry dominated possession shortly after Cannon came on midfield hahaha!!!!!
