Today’s message is that it has been a great success, so they will be rolling out the same fix on all their servers. I had the two Sky games on, yesterday, plus the end of the Dundee Utd v Celtic game, and IPTV was flawless. I got the odd buffer during the evening, when watching UK tv on it, but my iPad wobbled at the same time, so I put that down to my own internet.
Oppo is an Arsenal fan that says we’ve been pretty bad this season. I don’t know if he’s watch us as I’m feeling quite positive about us currently
I don’t think many Non southampton fans have the first clue about us this season. We haven’t signed anyone that fans of other teams have actually heard of apart from maybe Aribo if they watched the cup final last season I think there was even a preview piece a few weeks ago that still talked about Ings and Vestergaard. Granted we technically haven’t replaced Ings properly yet but it was still seemingly a year out of date which is incredibly negligent Football journalists only have so much bandwidth and it probably goes : 1. club they focus on 2. Big 6 3. Clubs doing the most in the transfer market . . . . Long gap . . . 4. Everyone else
My hope for tonight is that we are less passive in the opening spell of the game. My impression of the Leicester and Utd games is that we went out with a plan to protect the back four/CBs which meant we were sitting too deep to support the front line. After conceding at Leicester and again against Utd, we seemed, as a team, to step up by about 10 yards which meant that our midfield players were more in touch with the frontline, which then enabled us to build a bit of possession and momentum and take the initiative. Yes it opens us up to quick balls over the top, when we lose possession, but I think with ABK and Salisu we have more pace at the back to cope with that.

I have reinstated the 2002 away top, which I wore to the Leeds game but didn’t bother with against Utd.
