I thought Kingswood was known as South Beverley these days ? Even heard it referred to as 'near York' When we were kids Kingswood was our playground, acres of fields and a couple of abandoned farms. Swamps, ditches and loads of birdlife. I did see a rat run across Asda car park last week though.
Our kid bought a house on there. Every time he turned his telly over with his remote the house across the roads telly turned over too. That how close together they were. Constant arguments about car parking outside 'my' house and blocking garages in. He took a loss and sold it. Don't mind the M&S food hall though.

That's probably just because they can't spell Bransholme.

    It really isn't.

It's like saying findus crispy pancakes are the same as a fillet steak.

I grew up on NHE and have lived on Kingswood. Apples and Oranges.

It’s weird how every ****er and his dog want to live on kingswood… got to be the fastest selling houses in the hull area and were next to branholme… never ever tie us with ****ing Beverley… I’ve lived there… absolute ****hole… complete ****ers and the worse drivers I’ve ever seen and that includes Paris which takes some beating….. I will post you 5 wonderful things about east hull in the morning… a bit tied up with my very beautiful polish neighbour at the mo… not literally by the way !!!!

I had barge life childhood too, Tigress - my old man worked on the river for Cooks and then Corys when they bought Cooks out in late 60s, early 70s; as for East Hull? I'll add Garden Village, Danny Lane Park & the Steam Roller, Reckitts Baths to your list!

Any predictions on what the drama queens park rangers will whine about post-match? They always do.

I'm going to grab the easy one of the officials.

Come on sad sack...stop making FACTS up.

I bet all them people with mortgages on Kingswood are out on a night subsidising incomes by stealing lawnmowers and bike out of people sheds on bransholme.

Did you grow up on Bransholme and have some sad notion that 'it's alright, its not as bad as they say'. Let me tell you (and no doubt there is a line behind me)....yes it is.

I grew up on NHE, and yes, that is as bad as they say also.
