Sorry but that’s an awful, ignorant comment. I won’t go into why those scenarios are not comparable, but you’re being very unfair to those who didn’t/don’t feel Ralph is the right manager for us.
Wow, how fascinating to come back to read this thread. Does everything devolve into the same chaos on the internet? We've now got a basic opinion question (left v right) descending into entrenched camps with extreme comparisons being thrown around (Brexiteers instead of Nazis) the most passsionate minority views (strongly ralph out) feeling personally targeted for their beliefs, accusations of misquoting and even posts suggesting that the poll results don't represent the actual views! I'm thinking its a good job we don't have a capitol building or there could be a mob marching there in a couple of days Edit: In all seriousness, check your heads folks. Its a football manager opinion.
The next person to make even the merest suggestion of a political statement on this thread will be banned from it.
No checking of heads on my part, thankfully those like LTL can appreciate an alternative opinion, regrettably the same cannot be applied to others on here.
The truth in most things is almost always in the grey. Entrenched positions, and a steadfast refusal to listen and adjust is a one way ticket to madness (and where we are pretty much on the majority of issues across the world, from football to politics to...well...anything right now, and why the world is in such a mess).
Could be a very short book with no definitive conclusion. Those read what they want into the written word irrespective of the factual content.
Agree with a the above, but l will compliment you on being understanding of another's opinion, even if you have an alternative position.
People would all get an awful lot more out of life, and be an awful lot less stressed, if they continually considered the very real possibility that they might actually be wrong on some things. And not to be scared witless of that fact.
There is a natural end-point to every discussion beyond which everything deteriorates into what we can see here. Continue by all means but don't mistake what's happening as anything other than discussion asphyxiation. There's not enough new information or data being added to the mix and the same points are just being choked to death.
Just what the doctor ordered. That and the successful recruitment thus far in the window is, I think, what most fans were hoping for.
I really thought time was up for Ralph after the spurs game, and thought a change would be for the best, but I will now eat my words. (Gladly) The whole team / squad seem to be rejuvenated with these young players coming in who obviously want to work hard and play for Ralph. I think we are 2 - 3 players from having our best squad since the Koeman days. Enjoy these boys whilst here but then look forward to the new batch who join. Ralph did say that the younger players want to listen, want to learn, want to run. Ralph I tip my hat to you sir.
Likewise. This was back to the best Ralph performance where everyone is pressing and working hard Square pegs in square holes. Me and loads of others have been saying the players we have would work in a 4-3-3… tonight proved we were right. Not sure why it has taken him so long to give it a go. But the players were playing for him again tonight. Quality.
