Sadly Screaming Lord Sutch isn't alive, his Monster Raving Loony party proposed in their manifesto some years ago " We will dig a tunnel under the Channel through France into Switzerland and under all the Swiss banks Rob the safe and bring the money back to the UK.
Being serious though we could start with some of the energy companies obscene profits being ploughed back toward the needy.

It’s not just them like but it is them. Loads of tax dodging- Starbucks, Costa, Apple, Sunak Ltd, Stanley Johnson, Wetherspoons, Walmart, Amazon. The armies of investor shareholders getting dividends not full tax income, moving it around so we bear the burden. There’s plenty of em at it. This ‘don’t pay’ stuff is the way. Buy local, question prices, make them work harder for us.

    That's the point.

You never hear any complaints when it's the side they want making partisan decisions.

    Impartial my arse.

So do you think Lord Fontleroy should stay there representing his party on BBC decision making ? That’s what the story was about. Add to that the strategy of controlling Channel 4 and around 90% of printed media supporting the right, corporate advertising running Sky and ITV, banning schools from discussing alternatives to capitalism. It’s hardly a balanced market.

kind of helps to put it into some kind of perspective, considering those who are meant to lead us are commonly multi-billionaires.

And yet it was all fine when Labour were in charge for 13 years. Not an issue, never mentioned.

Given the amount of whining about the left leaning bias of the BBC in recent years, if there is a Tory Agent with huge influence there, he's doing a piss-poor job.

Have you tried GMTV? Their obvious bias would be right up your alley, I think. Ree TV.

So was there a Labour representative on the BBC board ? If so it’s wrong. Name them. You might be factually right with evidence at some point. You don’t think most of the media are owned by or support the right and big business ? Are you saying I was wrong ? Or are you just angry someone mentioned it? For the record I don’t think previous Conservatives have behaved this way. This version want to control the narrative so they can lie to us. Control matters more than truth.
I don’t even have a TV or watch TV btw so it won’t be up my street.

Where's the evidence that the Tories have the competence to pull this kind of control off? They're hopeless.

Someone's definitely angry here, and it's not me. Easier to avoid exposure to any opinions that might not reflect your own with no tv, I suppose.

I’m angry at the Tories aye. Bunch of extremists disrespecting democratically elected leaders in two nations for a grab for power. You know nowt about me clearly cos you keep implying I’m a massive Labour supporter so I’ll shelve your guidance. I’m still not hearing who the Labour stooges in the bbc are/ were though. It isn’t right either way but I’ll retain my right to comment on the ones who have been named by BBC staff.

I can't see who you are talking to mate as it will be one of the Tory boys I have on ignore. But the mere fact you are are entering into dialogue with them is what they want. They distract from all the Tories disgraceful shenanigans by going on about Jeremy Corbyn, Tony Blair, Labour... the list is endless. We both know that the Tories have been in power now for 12 years, and indeed 30 of the last 40 years. When does it actually become the fault of the Tories who are in power and not the opposition who have none? It is pathetic.

You're a massive hysterical screamer when it comes to the Tories. That's why people think you're a Labour headbanger.

Try and apply some critical thinking man, otherwise you're just reeing into the void.

That's a piss poor excuse for putting anyone who disagrees with you on ignore as a first resort. Imagine being so fragile you can't cope with the slightest of challenges to your opinions.
