Max is going to clinch the title in Singapore, if not Monza.

Crazy that a season that started so terribly for him has ended up so dominant.

Was hoping for an absorbing race today but actually it’s just making me feel a bit depressed for the most part.

LeClerc’s tyres are shagged, he’s almost 9 seconds behind George in about 4 laps.

I wonder if ferrari are asking Charles about strat as he now wants to make the desisions himself after all the bad calls from pit wall?

Think how all the other drivers thought about the Mercedes before this season.

Maybe. It’s a combination of things though. Hamilton’s mistake was disappointing, Ferrari still an underperforming mess, Red Bull more dominant than ever.

Red Bull/Max are taking the piss out of Ferrari, almost 2 seconds a lap faster

That Red Bull is just an awesome car.

Max been in a class of his own all weekend too- fair play to them.

Sainz is now nursing some issue - what chances of more points lost to reliability?

    Guess that answers that!

Everything we knew going into summer break is still true.

The red bull is the fastest at very top speed so spa was always playing into their strengths.

I think Max's performance here beats Lewis in Brazil but it won't be hyped that way

The only question I have is if the engine rules and budget allow verstappen take more parts at isolation or Brazil.

It's like merc last season. Utterly amazing turnabout.

Ferrari can't cope with this are merc are nowhere.

I just dont know what it is that's made last seasons best engine by a mile the 3rd best.

    Fuel?
    Lack of development?
    Bigger tyres?

Hamilton sailed round there. It was new engine that was far faster with 2 or 3 places to sail by.

The early safety car helped verstappen here a bit but its been easy. The track suits, the field suited as well and the drs is unassailable.

Verstappen could have won this from 30th not 14th.

It just looks like the aero doesn’t work. Too much drag, not enough grip. This time round they have not been the ones to get the new regs to work.

Meh, fairly comparable. Both had massive car advantages on a track that is relatively kind for overtaking. Not sure how I'd really choose between them.

Did ferrari just lie to Carlos by saying extra pit stop would be p4? Looks more like p5 behind Charles!

I think everyone here fully appreciates how good Max is right now. He's on another level to everyone on the grid at the moment.

I think the problem is that you’ve not been voting for Max.
