Heard from my French mate that he's a great and natural goal scorer, and is very effective up front.

I love the computer game generation gap. I and most of my mates are knocking on thirty with mortgages and kids on the way, but we still managed a Pro Evo launch night tournament. For teenagers, how old are you holystone?

"Tiote is clearly a utility player, ie backup."
"This tiote never really impressed me"
"Tiote is no better than either Barton or Nolan, he's pretty average to be honest."
"Cheik Tioté will not be an improvement to your squad. He is way too slow to become a consistent Premier League player. I would say that Tioté is a quite overrated player, especially when you consider that Twente wouldn't sell him if he would be that good."

<laugh>! I want to see more Maiga insults, then we'll get the next Tiote.

Maiga hasn't even played football this season as he's refused to play so he must have a dirty little attitude behind the scenes.
He's a very similar player to Demba really so I'm not too sure why we're so interested.
Wouldn't mind him though as we'd have more options, but I have a feeling we'll be in for Erdinc again who would be a good signing really.
He's not getting many games now Gameiro is on absolutely red hot form so I'm sure he'd love a move.
Nolan Roux is another personal favourite of mine though if you're into those quick nippy players.

And yet he's managed 4 goals? Interesting.

I fully believe he will be a hit purely because Carr thinks so.

I wonder if he will get the number 9 shirt, or if that's now being saved for Ba (on current form).

Having seen this chap first hand on FIFA 11 when my mate, who's sort of ****e at football games, was playing means I can state that he's a waste of time. If he was in anyway decent then my mate would have won the league with him. Even on Beginners mode he couldn't score for toffee as he rifled shot after shot over the crossbar or lost possesion by passing it to the opposition in the area.

I can't see what Carr has seen in him.
