What does the Wild Card do?

 

Means you can make as many transfers as you want to without having points deducted. Usually for when you’ve realised the players you’ve chosen are rubbish

You'll change them and that week the players you take out will all score 3 goals

 

I swapped goalkeepers yesterday. Brought Ederson off the bench to replace Allison. Can't really feel bad about it after we put three past him though.

What I'd say is look at your players upcoming fixtures. If they're bad, then I;d say consider a wildcard. If they're decent, then maybe not.

Agreed, but look at your players fixtures. No point in saving wildcard for later if the players you'll want have **** fixtures later.

If your team is doing badly and is obviously **** and your players all have bad fixtures coming up, you're going to suffer.

I'm not wildcarding now because despite some of my players blanking hard, then have good fixtures from next week.

 

However what happens, say just after the wc, and clubs have made new signings and a few injuries? I’m saving my wild card until I’m desperate for it

 

Agreed which is why it may be best to wait until gameweek 7-8 for some people I agree, but if your team is absolutely terrible, you may want to change as 4-5 weeks of games does matter if your players teams fixtures are awful.

If your team is doing average at least then it's fine, but if it's doing way below average and also your fixtures are bad, then the pros may outweight the cons.

As soon as the bournemouth game is over I'm downgrading Robertson to dunk or perisic and getting Toney in my team.

 

Stay away from Toney I hear he's injured and also running away to form a folk band so he won't be playing football anymore, hes useless to you Tash. Pèrescopes a terrible pick too you will see nothing with him, nothing

 

You know I've done it again this year, I took Wilson and tripper out even though I knew/guessed we would start well and knew 100% trips would score a free kick at some point, and I got scared by man City and particularly having no city defence. Used my wildcard too. And spelled my name wrong lol
