It was only a rumour then, sadly. £15 is pissing in the wind with this Government I'm afraid. Should happen, but won't - not before this shower if corrupt ****ehawks is dismissed from office.
Edit This is the river Ver that I referred to in my previous link 1 of 225 natural chalk Streams in the UK
For anyone who still thinks the BBC are not in the Tory pocket.... It's an open secret. If only there were a few more journos prepared to speak truth to Power.
And then you see people on Twitter with a Union Flag as their userpic swearing blind that Gazelle Butthole News is the only source you ever need Helpfully illustrated by this glob of stale smegma from Spiked attempting to be ironic...
The BBC has always been establishment. The most blatant example in my memory was The Scottish Referendum when the BBC only projected the Unionist case. Thousands demonstrated at BBC Pacific Quay in Glasgow; they never reported it. If you live in Scotland it's much easier to see the bias of the BBC even down to the bloody weather forecast . If Scotland's weather gets a mention at all it's so general as to be meaningless if they go into detail it's on Highland weather and don't mention the central belt where most Scots live, but of course their rich mates have their estates in the Highlands.
I have that beat: the BBC's been an establishment mouthpiece since the 1920s, most obviously their coverage of the 1926 General Strike where they banned any Labour politician from the airwaves to show that the Tory government were firmly in control, which was certainly informing, educating and entertaining the British populace...
Remind me, how many people did the press falsely accuse for the disappearance of Madeleine McCann? ...when it was the parents who did it?
Welsh drought: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-62675727 I like the key that indicates green is normal and the two oranges are dry and drought. There's no green on the map at all!
