That's probably because the second biggest mug contributors have left & Germany has to pick up the tab . The UK spends 2% of GDP to Nato each year to protect the World from Russia. Finland Ukraine and Sweden have never spent a penny . As soon as Russia pushes back against expansion we let Sweden & Finland join up with zero back pay even though they border Russia. Derp.
