Ten Hag set to start Martial over Ronaldo
As well as Maguire, Erik ten Hag is also expected to drop Cristiano Ronaldo to the bench tonight.
Ronaldo started against Brentford in Man Utd's previous game but struggled to make an impact, and remains keen to leave the club in search of Champions League football this summer.
Anthony Martial is expected to take the Portuguese's place in the team after returning to fitness.

I wonder if he's suffering a tad from Mane going? They had played a lot of games together down the left hand side so maybe he hasn't quite clicked with Diaz yet. It will come though, hopefully tonight for starters.

Think about it guys. They bought a midget cb and we are going in without our no 9.

Firmino will not trouble the guy.

They are about to put 3 fast lads up and that's a good tactic.

We need to break their plan within first 25mins or we will run out of steam

I have to agree but not only mane. I dont think he trusts thaigo like he did windy. I dont see him just running on for overlap.much at all.

The triangle of understanding is just not like settled salah/ trent/ henderson one.

It's an odd one.

Milner is ace. Klopp said he was amazing preseason.

Henderson at dcm to rest fabinho like as if preseason is still going on.

Two gk on the bench to make up numbers.

Utd have only one cm. The rest are attackers.

Very inexperienced full backs at this level.
