I used to work for the company that manufactured Pony, Babycham, CherryB, Snowball, QC, Concorde, Country Manor, Stones Green Ginger Wine. Some absolute Christmas classics amongst that lot. The pink rinse brigade went crazy!!

Some absolute classics in that shopping list!!!Used to have a fly swig at them all during family get togethers(Funny how Mothers turned a blind eye and smiled warmly when they saw it going on,well in my case anyway):emoticon-0100-smileBrings back some very happy memories but of course tinged with sadness by the fact that the people who bought them are no longer here...

Nah. If they were posh they'd have called it a drinks cabinet, not a cupboard!

You’d sell barely anything for 9 months of the year, then it would go absolutely ballistic in October/November/December. They were great brands to work with.

You cannot beat a cheeky De Kuyper Cherry Brandy, I believe Prince Charles got pissed on it when he was at school at Gordonstoun.

We probably should still play 4-3-3 with Williams in for Allahyar but I have a feeling Shota will go 5-3-2 with Tetteh and Oscar up top and Slater, Tufan and Woods in midfield.

Tetteh Oscar as a pair didn't work at Preston, I can't see him going that way again, I would stick with 433, with the players we have available I think is the best formation.

I had an Antie Ethel who saw drink as the demon and insisted on sending a Xmas card written in pencil and expected the same card sent back to her in pencil of course so she could use it again. They don't make them like that anymore, I don't think?
