Bristol City will have more confidence after breaking their winless run last time out, but they face a tough test against a Cardiff side who have enjoyed a positive start, and we anticipate a share of the spoils as a result. Bristol City possible starting lineup: Bentley; Vyner, Naismith, Atkinson; Scott, Massengo, Williams, Dasilva; Weimann; Conway, Wells Cardiff City possible starting lineup: Allsop; Romeo, Ng, Simpson, Collins; Rinomhota, Sawyers; Ojo, Ralls, O'Dowda; Watters https://www.sportsmole.co.uk/footba...-team-news-lineups_492612.html?cQx=NN&newsnow
Hoping to see an open game of football tomorrow. We bring a very different squad and style from last season. Hoping it brings us a different result as well. An enforced change for us at LB given the ACL injury to Collins. Kipre likely to be back after missing the game against his parent club in mid-week. Other than that it'll be the same squad though Morison has rotated a couple between the bench and the starting line up. Hoping that 'ex-player syndrome' means O'Dowda gets a goal. He's been on fire so far.
Personally just hoping for a win, don’t give a monkeys what the game is like, of course an O’Dowda own goal or two would be the icing on the cake.
......nah, just enjoy a chat. We have some very civilised posters on the CCFC forum - and I'm not one of them......
Cardiff City manager admits Callum O'Dowda returns to Bristol City with a point to prove Callum O'Dowda spent six years at Bristol City but is now a key part of Steve Morison's Bluebirds team https://www.bristolpost.co.uk/sport/football/cardiff-callum-odowda-bristol-city-7489775
Don't want to upset them straight off Sparkey. Sticking to the niceties, its likely Perry NG will be the only starter tomorrow who started the last game at the Gate. Harris started but is likely to be on the bench tomorrow. Began, Wintle and Watters were on the bench with all 3 likely to start tomorrow. 10 of the 17 man squad from the last game are no longer with us.

Nigel Pearson outlines Sol Bamba plan as former Cardiff City defender trains with Bristol City The vastly experienced former Cardiff City, Leeds United and Leicester City centre-back started training at the Robins High Performance Centre this week https://www.bristolpost.co.uk/sport/football/sol-bamba-bristol-city-cardiff-7473196
Tomorrow's referee Thomas Bramall has the whistle for tomorrow's clash in what will be his fourth match of the season. Bramall has issued eight yellow cards and one red so far this season, sending off Watford's Hassane Kamara against Burnley after the Hornets defender deliberately pulled back Vitinho when through on goal. The Sheffield-based official took charge of three City games last season: the 2-1 home win over Barnsley, the 2-1 defeat to Birmingham City at Ashton Gate and the 3-1 victory away at Derby County.
Steve Morison on the game Here's what the Cardiff manager had to say about tomorrow's contest. It’s a huge match. We lost all four derbies last year - that shouldn’t happen. We know what it means and we started that preparation knowing there will be one hell of an atmosphere on Sunday. We've sold out their away end and they've sold over 20,000, so it will be a really good occasion. You’re there to be shot down now. West Brom showed us huge respect with the way that they spent the whole game trying to stop us from playing out, and doing what we wanted to do.
Bit quiet on this thread remote - better mention Ukraine, Boris or even illegal immigrants to get it going again.......
