I think Pedro's a good buy I've seen our lot get a bit snobby , but I mean come on the lads a good prospect we'd never have had the chance to sign without the takeover . Who's time say a big name doesn't follow
I asked the Watford fans who the better player was between him and Sarr and they all said Pedro. They all said he was a 40m plus player aswell. Which they are entitled to do. They said his attitude was also spot on and that he was a quiet lad. I don’t think we will get him for any less than 30m.
He didn't score much last season , but Watford were an atrocious side... it won't surprise me if he bangs 10 plus in a better team. He's got skills
It's like the financial truth of the matter just doesn't exist, despite it being clearly documented and shared here... There's about £40 million, without dipping into the future window's budgets (commercial growth not currently considered). Right now, we're not in a position to spend **** loads without upsetting the above. That's the simple truth of it. The club will try to stretch the budget as far as possible and are correct to do so. It's not inconceivable, in fact it's probable that if the right deal comes up for the right player, they will have more than that made available.
If this is meant to be a clever analogy on our transfer policy you should have gone back with a 2nd offer of 1€ upfront, another 2€ that you will pay when you come on holiday in 2023 and 2024, plus an extra 1€ if it gets you pissed and you pull a big fat ugly girl as a result.
