Seeing as Arsenal have had more joy against Barcelona over the last couple of seasons (1 win, 1 draw, 1 defeat) than they have against Man United (3 defeats), would you say that United are harder to play against? If this is the case, with Barca being the best team in the world, does this cast doubt on suggestions that United are mediocre and in decline?
    Your thoughts please <ok>

With Vidic, Rio & Rafael at the back, I doubt any team would want to play against those players.

I don't reckon Arsenal particularly relish taking on Evra either <ok>

Marcelo isn't even included in their starting line up anymore, I'm sure Jose dropped him out for a reason.

Utd are a quality team no doubt, but not anywhere near as classy or skillful as Barca. Had it of been Utd on the pitch at Emirates last night, we would have beaten you too <ok>

Arbeloa and Albiol can both play at full back, but Arbeloa is their desired left back at the moment.

A very bold claim. If you had been playing United, I don't reckon we'd have taken you so lightly, and we wouldn't have let you out of jail like Barca did. Obviously this is just conjecture. I'm glad you beat Barcelona anyway, I'm sick of all the hype. Too many neutrals rimming them and Messi. Plus I think if we meet you later in the CL we would find you easier to knockout. Also, hopefully the extra commitment of European involvement will affect your league campaign (which is the most important thing after all).

I don't think Barca took us lightly either or let us out of jail - we earned our victory through hard work and determination. If you meet us later in the CL then we could equally say that you would be easier to knock out seeing as we've beaten a better team than you already <ok>

But you always struggle against us. And they did let you out of jail, it's not like you were playing irresistably well.

Probably not well enough to take you through to the next round though. I like how Arsenal fans now accept that the result is the be-all and end-all now. Whereas when we used to argue this (after beating you against the run of play), Arsenal fans used to criticise us.
