I'm not full-time on any platform at the moment TFWNN. I'm Ad Hoc and I've never been on a Centrica one. The only gas companies I been away for are British Gas and Shell.

Yes I did, and I also read you saying that you "assume".

Do you think the question mark makes any difference to a statement? Or are you attempting to say that you were asking a question?

    I'll explain.

Just because you asked a question does not mean you did not leap to a conclusion or make an assumption. You have already admitted as such when you said "I assume".

    Got that?

    Example:

If I was to say to you "I assume you live in Stoke?", I am making an assumption and asking a question too.

You really are not half as bright as you choose to believe are you?

    I see so

    if I say

I assume the devadvocate means devils advocate? with a question mark

the correct response to that is

    more assumptions?

see if you were to say 'i assume you live in stoke'

    the response would be yes

The question mark (?; also known as an interrogation point, interrogation mark, question point, query or eroteme),[1] is a punctuation mark that replaces the full stop (period) at the end of an interrogative sentence in English and many other languages. The question mark is not used for indirect questions. The question mark character is also often used in place of missing or unknown data.

    happy to help<ok>

Don't know why everyone cannot just get along and stop making personal remarks.

Its ruining it for some of us to be perfectly honest.

in the context of you trying to be clever or generally?

assumption is a thing that is accepted as true or as certain to happen, without proof

so if i asked for the clarification of your username based on an assumption
    what do you think?
