And it probably hasn't occurred to you that you have a thick turd for a brain. On a prepayment meter you don't suddenly have "no power" dickhead. You accrue debt, and like any other user including smart meters they can't just cut you off for owing money. They're governed by license conditions set by Ofgem as well as laws and regulations which mean they have to find ways for you to pay it back such as payment plans. Now before you come back with the No Pay idea being a bad idea, that's besides the point. So basically the "no pay" group are getting struggling people into more debt that they will struggle even harder to get out of? We both know that people who don't have enough money to pay their bills will have other needs/uses for that money if they with hold it. How do they catch up later?
