    Wow,
A mate set off at 38.5 minutes into the game for half timers. He obviously missed the goal, but if you want a half time refreshment, you know the risk. I wandered into the concourse at halftime and said mate was there welcoming me with a pint! I actually took a photo of the bar having NO customers at half time having dealt with the queues and four staff (rather than the previous two) waiting to serve.
I supped my pint, went for a pee and wandered back in time to see subs doing their half time warm up,
Not sure Ive ever managed that before.

So well done Hull City, someone recognised it as a problem and swiftly did something about it! Good customer service and will likely be rewarded with an increase in sales.

I saw quite a lot of people queuing at the main kiosks with no one at all queuing at the beer only pop up things. They may have wanted food, but it should get better still once people get used to the different places you can get a beer.

Plenty of fat knackers waddling about. Many need to cut down on their pork life.

So I went to the bar at 39 minutes into the game (missed Oscar’s second). Just a few in the queue, and was therefore served very quickly. At this stage, there were two staff serving what seemed to be one queue ( I suspect it separated into the usual two later, but don’t know) with a third who looked uncomfortable, not quite sure what he was doing, sometimes handling food items, sometimes leaving it to the main two.
When I glanced over at half time, it was back to long queues. The third staff member looked to have been assigned elsewhere. Queueing looked as bad as the first game. Having resolved the problem from that first game, it was surprising to see it had slipped back again, It confirmed the length of queue is entirely dependent on the number of staff serving (not exactly rocket science).
Slipping out early does seem to avoid queueing (and so finishing my pint before the start of the second half). Though with injury time, I did seem to miss a big chunk plus a goal. Was able to watch City youth going mental on the concourse.
