It's actually been a nightmare mate. Four weeks now and still can't get them registered with a doctor even though the daughter had a child last week in a Scottish hospital. Don't even get me started on this free money they are supposed to get when they come to Britain! The home office sent their biometric visa to a post office in London by mistake but when I asked them to send them to my address they asked me for all sorts of information. Seemingly it's fine to send them to a random post office but not so good to send them to the address they are actually living in.
The maw/gran is a total nutter. She thinks if she shouts at me in Russian I'm going to understand her. A bit Englishy in that respect tbf.
