Your idea of naff all seems a bit odd since they spent £210m in the previous 2 seasons after all Lukaku might have been their only last season but it still was a £100m transfer.
Reading that back - Chelsea will have spent naff all for a couple of WINDOWS, as that was their ban period. They were restricted from signing any players in in 2019-20. Plus they have sold players for good money. Top and bottom of it is that I don't believe they'll be operating outside of FFP, despite this massive spend.

I meant over the last 5 years. Roman has had to prop the club up from his own pocket, hence why they were ****ed when he was sanctioned and the government had to embarrass themselves by asking him to continue paying 10's of millions a month for the payroll etc.
