The way you go on about it you would think that £5 billion was a lot of moolah. When you are talking this government's profligacy we are looking at loose change down the back of the sofa. Track and Trace, which didnae work, cost seven times that amount, and you wanted to wait five years to get it. If you want a canny investment my last one was a house that cost me £175k in 2018. Just gone on the market at £475k.
