the tories have been in power for 12 years dickhead. And there are more asylum seekers here than ever before. The total number of asylum seekers (including dependants) at the end of 2021 was 54,669 of who 49,949 were in dispersal accommodation and 4,720 were receiving subsistence only. The numbers rose during 2018 and were then at their highest since 2007 but fell back slightly in 2019 before rising again in 2020 and 2021.
