Head and loin of hake, with new potatoes, brocoli and the best garlic butter I've ever had. Was for 2 bytheway.
I'm no expert on pastry, I'll leave that to Ginge, but it looks a nice light pastry - I also like tuna, but in a pie, hmmm, I would try it would be the fairest I could say, because it looks tempting enough. I'd probably need a side of veg with it.
