I thought that. But if you look at the latest news stories. Everton have to pay Spurs £10 million when he makes 20 appearances.

Also, Lampard has said he needs tough love. I’m reading between the lines and thinking, have they fallen out?

 

Rondon is their only other forward option, I just can't see them shifting Dele.

Before our signings, I would have said no chance. But looking at the quality of Seri (and the others potentially), who knows?

 

Exactly. Reminds me a little bit of Tufan. Also, if Dele knows that he has quality footballers around him, and is guaranteed games…

 

Think it's more likely to be a young player at a club that we may not know very well but that their club rates highly. Like what about Khadra at Brighton for instance?

 

I just get a vibe that it’s a well-known player. Particularly with how secretive it’s been.

Yeah, what’s happened to him? He was definitely in that second tier of, not world class but ****ing good as ****, and now he’s on a Joe Hart trajectory.

He was almost unplayable because he was so talented. Now he’s unplayable because he’s crap. He’ll be back at MK Dons if he continues the way he is.
