    Thanks fella. Nothing with my parents BTW. They are still living the dream. I say that as I know you're a good lad who is aware of them and I don't want to make any false impression.

    Just something I had to sort quickly with my immediate family. All good now though.

    he said similar about 4 hours before Simms was announced, and eventually turned out had even trained the day before he'd said it. so I'd read nowt into that

    he'd only say something was imminent if it was complete and in the process of being announced.
