What a shame that you could not be bothered with the facts before you claimed that all the gas comes from Scotland. In the real factual world, only about two thirds of domestic gas comes from oil/gas fields off the coast of Scotland; and that accounts for less than half of British gas usage with imports from Norway being more than a third and LNG from various sources much of the rest. The biggest sources of domestic gas are in the North Sea off the coast of Lincolnshire and Norfolk, fields that only produce gas. And the electricity that we supply to Europe through the IFA 1&2 interconnectors is generated using a variety of methods (gas, renewables, nuclear), not all of which are dependent upon Scotland. With France currently pricing electricity at €488/MWh because of their domestic production issues, the UK is doing pretty well selling our €256/MWh electricity at an enormous spread, improving our trade deficit.
They surely cannot all be as thick as sh*t in Jockshire – it is just you. I stated what was being said by the IMF and you demonstrate just how far up your arse your head has gone. Since Scottish Independence is not happening in your lifetime, if ever, nobody will be reliant upon the gas and oil that your failed devolved government is committed to never extracting from the earth. Which energy company was making ‘already massive profits’? You do realise that Shell and BP do not control global fossil fuel prices and most of their profit is nothing to do with household prices. Probably not, because you are as thick as sh*t. You certainly cannot remember the Energy Profits Levy introduced in May that added an extra 25 per cent tax on oil/gas company profits.
As usual, no facts in evidence. Scotland will not be rejoining the EU anytime soon. EDF is massively indebted; Macron’s nationalisation is being done with the French credit card so somebody in France will be picking up the bill down the road. Macron capped energy prices in France to get re-elected by the peasants, who then made him a lame duck by voting for the Left and the Right in the National Assembly elections.
No source given for this claim. If we are in recession by the end of the year then that will be along with most of the Eurozone. In neither case is this anything to do with Brexit but desperate Remainers keep peddling that old trope. According to the OECD measure of inflation for June, it was 8.2 per cent in the UK but 10.2 per cent in Spain, 9.6 per cent in Belgium, 9.1 per cent in the USA, 8.7 per cent in Sweden, Austria and Portugal and 8.6 per cent in the Netherlands, whilst it was lower in Germany at 7.6 per cent because they cut public transport fares to encourage its use.
If only Adam Bienkov had two brain cells to rub together... just a rant with no attempt to make any sort of rational argument. The Bank of England is having to raise interest rates because the Bank of England kept them low for too long while it continued to fuel inflation with Quantitative Easing; and rich people got richer as their assets appreciated thanks to easy money. Woke diversity training and gender neutral toilets are the obsession of the Left and the Establishment.
You do realise that Shell and BP aren't what anyone would call "energy companies" ya mad gin soaked boring cùnt.
Bump! Even Mystic Aldo couldn't have forseen the absolute gin fuelled melt down Quarterwit would actually have this fine evening. He's went critical mass borefest! It's a wonder to behold!
Sure it does. Spain toeing the party line to keep Scotland in the UK before the 2014 referendum is relevant to the circumstances that are happening now. Course they are. I eagerly await you posting how Obama thinks the UK is better together. You really are a numpty bruv. I like you though. At least you're concise unlike that other tedious bastard.
Einstein, Newton, Da Vinci, Darwin, Franklin, Cavendish, and many more are thought to have been on the spectrum. So nah....... not Q Mong.
