I can't find season ticket prices, but they went up 10% this season for the first time in 11 years! If that istrue, just add 10 percent to these prices:- please log in to view this image
Looking at the squad numbers for this season I reckon Perkins is gonna be in the senior squad as well as Gyabi
That was in the good old days for the Bremner Suite elland. Last season it was £1800 for new applicants as I know someone who got a couple extra but don't think there are any more available now.
SoKlaesson injured last weekend, Van Den Hueval broke a vertebrae in his neck whilst away with the Dutch U21s. Hes back at TA now having his recovery planned. Marsch reckons he should be back in a couple of months ffs. So thats reserve keeper and his reserve both out. So we have keeper issues and young Christy is not ready for first team yet but could make an impact in the 21s
Some exciting new rules for this season Law 3 - Number of substitutions allowed increased to 5, during a maximum of 3 breaks in play, not including half time. Same rule as initially applied during the restart after the Covid break, and has probably already been discussed to death I wonder how many goalkeepers have been sent off for handling the ball in their own area, to require a clarification of this rule ? So no more allowing one of the Captains to toss the coin, bet they will be devastated Given that officials have been allowed to caution players and coaches even after the final whistle has been blown, I'm surprised that clarification was required that this also applies to "dead ball" situations. Have to admit I thought that was the rule that was introduced last season, but obviously I was mistaken Basically if a player left the pitch to twat Frank Lampard, then the ref can give an indirect free kick against that player for leaving the pitch without permission, at the spot that the player left the pitch, instead of restarting the game via a drop ball. I've obviously again missed all the highlights of this happening to require a clarification of the rules The main change which I am sure will again lead to lots of confusion, is not a change in the rules, but a clarification on how the rule should be interpreted. Expect lots of head scratching and lots of MOTD analysis, when one ref disallows a goal for offside, because the ball brushes against a defenders head when they are trying to make a headed clearance, whilst another ref allowed the goal to stand in exactly the same situation. I wonder how we will fair with those decisions going For or Against us
I think we are nearly every pundits fav for the drop simply because we dont have an experienced top manager and have too few players with prem experience. I get the logic because thats how bookies work, but Marsch said today we are a stronger team than last season, so he needs to prove it and in fairness we only need to be a little better than last season to finish up near 10th
Yeah it's time for Klich to go - either sell or loan out for the duration of his contract. Think we'd get about £1 for him ? I think Eddie Howe is above Jesse in the sack race - Newcastle's Saudi owners will demand success, and for this season it means a top ten finish. Whereas our owners will just demand Premiership survival.
Watched the presser and Marsche very upbeat as usual. Expecting nearly all the injured players (except Dallas) to be back on the grass in the next couple of weeks and then hopefully available for selection in 3/4 weeks. Also said Sinisterra had been training and was nearly up to full speed. Bamford looking good and sharp, not quite 100% but very close.
… that’s what the article said doc yeh. Decent signing on the face if it. Everton fans seemed to like him. No idea what his time at Betis was like but meant to be a great guy. Be interesting if meslier gets crocked whether they’d trust klaesson. At least we have options.
