    Not true. Due to a delightful technical device from Mr Sheep the position is decided by who finished higher the previous season......but i need to check that again.

    It never did...but the delightful bit of seeding from Mr Sheep provides a tie breaker based upon previous performance. William gets more added to his ranking score by virtue of being better than you last season.
