    Tuxedo Royale followed on from the Tuxedo Princess.

    As Snaggey says the original was sent off to Glasgow and the Royale was moved to Middlesbrough, I think. Not sure if either city are still using them as boozing establishments.

    Goes back to Tamla nights mid-week in the New Cellar, South Shields, it was the first venue that I heard this one. They had a DJ who specialised in Motown, he was way ahead of his time and gained an early cult following among the Brazen Hussies. <laugh>

    Michael Quadrini the owner of the boats and the night club, joined our table on the opening night of The Tuxedo Junction, it was a night to remember, I mixed in some flash company those days.
