Was listening to an artist who's team painted several pics of the lionesses overnight to be ready for this am, apparently they do them at night because they project pics on the wall and paint over them (bit like painting by numbers but a lot more talent needed ).
There are a few YouTube videos showing the progression of how they are painted. Not seen one done at night.but they aren't all done by the same artist either.
Just an interview i heard on 5live tonight, they asked how he managed to get the portrait of the second goal celebration up so quickly and he explained how it's done. They also project in daytime but he said dark makes it much easier.
