Chatting to my wife tonight about trance music from the nineties, we were both well into it although she's a Geordie and I'm from Doncaster so we were into it in different places. Seems to be some kind of boat with a revolving dance floor she used to go to in Newcastle, few of you probably know.

Stuff like this, please excuse the godawful video I can only assume they spent the budget on drugs.

I could post a hundred of these but I'm not sure anyone else on here is a fan.

Probably the Tuxedo, it's not there now though. And it was on the Gateshead side :emoticon-0105-wink:.

Aye she's from Gateshead so that was probably it. A revolving dance floor and drink/drugs sounds like a recipe for disaster to me but she had some good times there.

Totally believable, The ship was the Tuxedo Princess , the night club was the Tuxedo Junction if I remember correctly, too good to last. As was the Blue Note and Mr Jenkins back in Sunderland oh happy days.

Tuxedo Princess. Thursday night, £10 all you can drink. Sticky revolving dancefloor and the odd night somebody would end up in the Tyne.

Sure there was the (original) tuxedo princess, which was replaced by a newer one, called tuxedo princess II.
I think the first one got taken to Glasgow?
