He'll play in the 21's won't he? and be on the bench when either Baxter or Ingram are out. Most championship squads have 3 keepers.
Just confused at what that means for Ingram and Cartwright. Other positions I understand as you can get minutes off the bench to develop, but it seems odd with keepers. I can't remember the last time we owned three young keepers which we could if/when we make Baxter permanent.
1 - I never had a go at you, I asked you to explain why you'd come to that conclusion from a run of the mill typical sound bite comment. 2- I've not suggested he's leaving ( there's always a chance any player can / will leave ) 3- the fact you are using the Maguire fee and Bowen fee to say defenders go for the same fees as attackers is laughable.... Bowen was a championship player moving to the prem and Maguire was ( at the time ) one of the best CBs in the country and man utd vastly over paid. If your going to try and use something to prove your argument at least do better then that and compare apples to apples at least.
1. You repeatedly brought up a comment to try to suggest I was overreacting to the wording of a tweet. 2. Ok 3. I'm talking about the fee talked about currently for Bowen, a PL player, moving to Arsenal. Not the fee we got for him.
Theres a chance anyone could leave. Everyone in football has a price, but HT2 just said from what he's heard Greaves isn't looking for a move.
Selling Ingram....What the hell are you going on about now? Why do you constantly come out with such ridiculous statements from such trivial things....
Are you having a go? Just want to clarify.. I'm asking about the fact we'd have four senior keepers in the summer as we have an option on Baxter. It's a simple question. Why the overreaction?
But when I speculated that he might not sign a new deal I was making mountains out of molehills? I see.
Why Ingram? Who says we'll take up the option on Baxter? We might let Harvey go out on load again or could seek him? Robson isn't good enough to contend yet.. You just jump to wild conclusions for no apparent reason sometimes
Because Ingram seems highly rated in the league and would command a good fee. What conclusion have I jumped to? I asked a question.
Greaves would be a bigger loss than KLP…emotionally at least. He has black and amber in his blood, city through and through. I’ll be gutted if he goes even for £30 million.
Probably are at this stage as a bid like that hasn't come in, and there's no suggestion he's pushing for a move.
Didn't you just say 'To suggest we'd sell him for anything south of 12-15m is madness.'? Either way, you're completely against 8 million but 10 million would be fine? Doesn't seem a great argument
