Borderline offside, yes, but they did have like 70 yards of airtime to mark him, and its not like the defenders thought he was offside and gave up on the play.

Its unbelievable lol. Sir Bobby's last season with us we had 56 points (just checked) and finished 5th. Think we have another 34 points in us in the remaining 28 games

If we all lose all three, pending the Everton result, we realistically can't fall any lower than 7th thanks to the 9 point gap we've got over Norwich in 8th. Happy days frankly, we've even got a bit of a buffer over Arsenal and Liverpool now which is what we needed leading into our horror fixtures. Just don't bottle it against Everton...

 

Ba was half a yard offside, but by the letter of the law he didn't interefer with play as it was Best who flicked the ball on to Obertan and by the time the ball got up the pitch he had 3 defenders in front of him.

Piss poor comment from Pullis and failed to point out the spineless challenges his players put in on Raylor or Krul at the end.

 

It was Best who was offside I think, but he came back onto an onside position when he flicked the ball on, so he didn't gain much of an advantage. But technically, he was offside.

 

Ba was on, Best was offside prior to flicking on. Pulis is correct. He then criticised his defense. I'm no fan on his but he's absolutely right.

 

I stand corrected thought it was Ba, but by the time the ball got up the pitch he was well onside and had 3 defenders around him.

And Pullis had to watch a video of it to even realise, so a pointless comment.

Yeh it was tight but Best was offside, perhaps by a foot if that. Extremely tough one for the linesman to call considering the pass came from the other end of the pitch and Best brought himself onside within about a half a second of the ball being kicked.

 

Well that is why it wasn't picked up, the ref and lines man would have been looking down the pitch at Krul taking the goal kick.
