Looks like it, but some also saying Crystal Palace...? Looks like the Peoples Palace up here in Glasgow too
You don’t have the answer? I’ve looked at a couple of pictures of the glasshouse at Kew and unless the others are very similar indeed I’m pretty sure it’s there.
It was Kew Gardens ! So strange to see that photo with Gilmour on the cover but nowhere on the record lol.
Poor Syd, bumped off by the band seemingly without a second thought....the music industry is pretty ruthless
Yep, mostly Waters doing , but to be fair the acid had done for him mate. He was a shell of the person he was before, tragic !

That's a great image, Kiwi. I remember posting it on a Bomber Command thread some years back. To me, there is no more beautiful flying aircraft then the spit. Here's one that had crash landed in Germany, repair & flown by the Luftwaffe. please log in to view this image Here is a German Stuka, under new management. please log in to view this image Or a Focke Wulf FW190 in British colours ..................... please log in to view this image
Trust it’s ok to post this Ben Evans store in Swansea - known as the Harrods of Wales. The building was destroyed by the Luftwaffe during the ‘Swansea Blitz’ - 3 consecutive nights of bombing 19-21 February 1941.
The business relocated to a different building to (try and) continue trading, but it was never the same again: the business closed in the late 1950s. The real tragedy of the February 1941 bombardment was the human cost - 230 people killed, 409 injured, and over 7,000 made homeless.
