Months ago I answered an email saying I wanted to renew my season ticket automatically in 3 tranches as usual. Heard nowt since, I have tried telephoning, emailing and no mone taken from my account. Lots of >65s with concession price in prime spots, having same problem. Perhaps the club wants to have high full prices instead? I bet my seat has been double sold? RR is not too far off... it is a right mess!
if people are 'old fashioned' & want to go on person to buy tickets the ckub should accommodate any way possible for a sale. not everyone is geared up to buy online, generally older generation & even if the can ish work the internet there is that much fraud & stories kick about they dare not. every way a fan wants to buy tickets needs to be covered....especially when were in a positive outlook
Yep. You really would think so. The new regime have had, and still have a lot on. But the sooner they put a rocket under that commercial operation the better. Its a sweet shop mentality.

And he was going to put ST price's up until KLD personally intervened. Its really disappointing to read stuff like that when all they want to do buy a ticket. His side of the business is embarrassing

Probably some went down to the ticket office hoping to get their season tickets sorted out as there seems to be a lack of communication by phone or e-mail.

Lack is an understatement. Theres no phone service anymore and they dont reply to emails. Its no wonder hundreds of people have had no other choice but to turn up in their droves. Its an absolute farce, and the club should be embarrassed and ashamed by the lack of customer care and service it is providing from the ticket office.

As I automatically (ie I have not told the club to stop the standing order) I would not expect a new card, but will my old one-work? No cash taken out of my account. No telephone service, no email service, I went to the ticket office yesterday and was told I was too late, 1.15pm...its a frigging joke! I really wanting to get 3 more match tickets to take my son and his 2 kids... its inane... whats going on
You would only get a new card if you have moved seats or moved age bracket. Ours have automatically renewed but I've checked the DD has come out the bank and it has. I've even logged into mine and the bairns eticketing accounts and made sure our next game says Coventry. Are you sure it hasn't come out the bank? The DD are every other month rather than monthly.
Thanks mate, i usually get the train but im driving Sunday. Ill have to set off early because im not totally sure where to park? The last time i drove was about 4 years ago and i parked on an embankment near a nursing home, opposite the Sol. Ill try my luck there again
We usually get a lift down, but God knowswhat the traffic will be like around the ground. The streets behind the colliery tavern all have parking orders for residents on them so you might end up a bit further away from the SoL. I've got a feeling it's going the be chaos tbh.
I think ill probably set off about 9am from Teesside then to hopefully be somewhere near the Sol for about 945
