You honestly think when they give Broadhead a new 2 year contract last year that they decided to give him 34k just before they sent him out on loan to us?
They've been on that slippery path for a while. I'm sure I read somewhere Moshiri has spunked the neck end of £500m already on a side that just escaped relegation by the skin of its' teeth, crazy and frequent manager appointments, and still the stadium to sort. They're in a mess.
https://salarysport.com/football/premier-league/everton-f.c./ The salaries here look about right given they’ve got a £90m salary bill, NB not noted but Ellis simms is bout £1.5m.
Yeah, it's always going to be 'possible' as premier League clubs can afford it. It's hardly realistic. Premier League clubs don't pay up and coming prospects 34 grand a week. It is not probable. How can you even use the word probable? Care to show your workings out?
Some of these bright businessmen never learn. Doctor Death after 11 years as manager left in 2013,since then they've had 7 others, not including 4 spells of caretakers, with the accompanying player movements. Crazy.
This may surprise some people but I wouldn't have a clue how much a footballer would/could/should earn.
Care to show YOUR workings out as to why it isn't possible/probable/factual? Just because you don't believe something, doesn't make it true. Are you that arrogant?
Premier league youth team lads don't average 34k per week. That's why it isn't probable. I'm not arrogant. I'm also not dolly dimple.
Nathan Broadhead is 24 years old. He isn't a "youth team lad" Premier League teams pay ridiculous wages these days Unless you have evidence of what he IS on, then your argument is baseless
Okay. Clubs now 'probably' pay 34k to lads who have come through their academy and can't cement themselves in their first team squad.
Aside from the injuries, how’s watmore getting on now? Saw him once or twice last season and seemed to play well, but was playing off the bench.
He's very highly thought of still from the Boro fans. Due to losing his pace from his injuries l, he now plays central for them
I have no idea what NB would be on, however I remember seeing the wage list from SAFC a few years ago (accidentally on the laptop of a person who was a board member at the club) and was proper shocked. It was from the 2007-08 season and clocked that the lowest first team squad earner back then was 22k per week. given that 14 years have passed and even more money is sloshing around the PL, 34k per week could be right. But we'll probably never know.
