Wednesdsy night was horrible for me. Proper temperature and couldn’t sleep. Taken paracetamol & ibuprofen and seems to have eased now so it’s just the cough. Just a dry one that just hurts my throat so it’s annoying more than actually feeling too bad now.
the folk next door , particularly the wife , got it bad and the hacking cough could be heard down the street . Mind you they probably have 30 years on you .
Yeah mines not quite that bad. Does mean get to work from home rather than going into the office. small perks
well, just mind yourself cos the impact is a little different to a cold. it does seem to have lingering after effects on you for a while. hopefully all are ok and the vaccination ****e has actually made it not too bad. on the brighter note you are now "done" for the winter run in and if they throw boosters at us you'll be ok to get it later on and cover the Christmas period.
Probably monkey pots I had out on January, wasn't too bad but only just starting to recover with some aspects
what's your biggest impact from it? I though it was a bit of lung capacity and tiredness even though i barely had a headache and sore throat.
General fitness mainly. My recovery time got completely destroyed; what used to take me seconds to recover from was taking several minutes. It's been improving slowly and feel I'm at a decent standard again now but still not where I was before. Had mental anguish too; all emotions massively enhanced and for no reason at times too. Fortunately, this hasn't happened for about 6-8wks more do I'm over it.
David Moores has died. Although he sold to the cowboys, instead of Dubai Investment, he was in charge for a lot of the good times. R.I.P.
