OK it’s working for Bradford game but no sign of being able to purchase international pass yet. My existing pass expires in August so will keep trying. Thanks for help
When it wasn't working for me, I tried VPN from various locations (UK, Germany, USA) and no joy. However, I logged out and cleared all cookies for SAFC.com and streamamg.com ( so in theory the site could not know my purchase history). Still no option. Then it suddenly appeared. I still have last season's pass listed as active. Suggest to email support. Still no response from them, but maybe they did something anyway.
I have a vpn, but will it recognise me everytime i go on it. Nervous to think I pay now and come matchday its a different vpn address

I just logged on and was able see and buy the early bird pass this time with no issues. No idea why as I did nothing different but all sorted anyway.
I’ve had mine cancelled but not clear why. I don’t live in the UK and had a pass last season so not sure what the issue is.
My subscription was also cancelled with a very poor explanation of why. They say I can buy another pass! Will purchase a new pass once I receive my refund.
I have sent 4 emails asking why my oversea’s subscription was cancelled and to expect a refund. I received one reply to my mail, no explanation given but a refund is issued, I am still waiting for a refund (nearly two weeks!) and very hesitant in reapplying for a subscription. I want to watch the game on Saturday. Is anyone else experiencing this and waiting for a refund?
