Feel sorry for Allahyar, Estupiñán and Tetteh this season if this is the sort of service they can expect.

I think the mistake was made by not triggering extensions & letting others know as soon as we were safe, what was happening.
That’s probably why Millwall came in when the season ended, & why Honeyman knew he could get better elsewhere. We messed about, no contract talks & no mention of who’s staying until far too late.

In our maiden PL campaign we lost 3 out of our lost 4 friendlies. We lost 4 0 to Crewe, drew with Oldham and lost to Hearts and Osasuna.

We started the season like an absolute house on fire. These games do not mean anything, there's no need to rush round flapping and whinging.

If we get stuffed next weekend, we can all whinge then

All I'm saying is give it 7 days and then have a moan.

We are usually pretty **** in friendlies

I actually don't mind it though, it's a bit of a rocket up the arse

I couldn't give a monkeys about the score, but the performance is a massive concern.

Yup I agree, but I'm afraid to say if he enters the game with this formation and midfield we are gonna get our arses handed to us on a plate.. in Tufan we have a player a month away from being fit, leaves us effectively playing with a 2 man midfield, the back 5 don't know whether to push or pull, and the strikers are hopelessly outnumbered and isolated. To say I'm not confident is an understatement

Yeah, this is my opinion. It’s fine to say “it’s pre-season, it doesn’t matter” because the result obvious doesn’t matter. However, the season starts next weekend and the midfield looks soft as ****, Tufan looks miles off being fit, there’s little link-up between midfield and forwards and Coyle isn’t good enough.

The stats analyst at City won't have much work to do on Tufan's stats, his 'heat-map' is going to be pretty cold. At least Tufan and Seri managed to play the full 90 minutes.

Yes. Playing a back 5 hasn't helped. We've got outnumbered and outplayed in midfield so strikers are isolated not even getting scraps.
