You used to be able to get all sorts of endangered species here. There was a rich guy who had a Sumatran tiger prowling around in a cage in the front of his garden. Anyway we just have a pet lizard:

She does indeed make piss stains on the lawn. She’s amazing fun but they are full of energy and need a lot of attention. I am actually surprised at how active they are. She is still a pup at 6 months but she is incredibly loving and amazingly intelligent.
I’ll mention that to my male dog that we’ve had for a year and a half who has destroyed the majority of my garden with his piss that turns my grass yellow
You sure he isn’t one of them converted male to female dogs. These days you can’t be to sure. Just because they have a penis you can’t assume he is male.
I very nearly bought a Chinchilla years ago . Bought a book about them to read before committing myself to getting one . Got to the chapter when it starts about how to skin them .. Book went in the bin , and that was the end of that .
