Following on from the thread i wrote about having trouble buying tickets for the Coventry game for me and my lads, would somebody please send that Chris Waters fella a tweet for me explaining the situation. The ticket office does not have a phone service now, and ive waited nearly 2 days for them to reply to my email explaining the situation. Im going to have 2 very disappointed boys if we can't go
His automated email message is saying due to high demand it may take him upto 5 working days to reply. I cant believe trying to buy 3 tickets has come to having to send emails and then sitting back and waiting for a reply. Its a sad state of affairs from our club
I saw a coventry fan boasting that he had bought tickets from our web site - so maybe they are checking out any new registrations before allowing any ticket puchases. It shouldn't be this difficult though - have you tried to reassign the tickets - it might be related to the timing of the new registration.
Thats very infuriating to hear. I was already a member but when it wouldn't allow me to buy my lads U16 tickets i created a membership for them and it still wont allow me. Ive tried logging out and then back in, changing the seats, ive even tried buying the tickets from their account and nothing works
Beyond a joke mate. People just leaning on their shovels. Someone is clearly not doing their job right. Not even a phone service?! No excuse at all for behaving like Ronnie's sweet shop.
When youve got a fanbase like us a phone service is needed. We shouldn't be expected to buy our tickets online and then if theres any problem's wait around for somebody to read and reply to an email. This problem could have been resolved in less than 2 mins if i could physically speak to someone
Got to be 40,000 for this game i hope, hopefully a striker signed before the game. tell the Coventry supporters the kick off is not 12.30 as well ! and no fireworks etc.
It's been like that for years. All good if everything is simple and straightforward. But if it isn't you get the dull stare, the ignored email, calls not answered etc. I had a nightmare a few years ago. So bad I wrote to the owner. It was replied to by Byrne who, in a letter littered with grammatical errors and contradictions, basically called me a liar, and gave me three phone numbers to ring, and two email addresses to contact. All ignored, and you would hope that it had got better by now. Clearly not, and the bomb that has been put under the Academy needs 're loading and put under the complacency of the ticket office, and off pitch stuff in general.
Totally true mate. Im actually suprised me that im being refused a way to give money to the club and give 2 future Safc fans a great day out.
Typical Monty style comes out with shyte and then goes quiet when pulled up about it. The reason why ill never respect you as a poster
Told you when ticket office is open some reason you cant go through If I wanted tickets so much I would have been through I am going to SOL next Friday and can get your tickets If you want
I work for a living, and do a school run as soon as i finish. Thanks for the offer mate but dont appreciate your tone. Some of us have lives you know and a 2 hour round visit in a restricted time frame to the SOL is not possible for me
