He's only been in post 6 months, and only had the players deemed necessary to compete for a couple of weeks. It's not like Acun has persevered with a manager season after season. I'd think Shota might well be under pressure if the first 10 - 15 games don't show a significant improvement on last season. Same as any other manager who'd had his budget significantly increased.
A lot will be expected of him for that! If true he's done well and I wish him the best, but I feel he could be a little out of his depth at least early on.
Thing is, that's not a massive PL wage. Beyond our reach as a championship club, and with appearances could end up quite significant, but he's got to play nigh on 100 games to approach 60k which is about the average. Just highlights the differences in finances between the divisions.

This isnt right thing to do You played against strong Premier League side and because of the result so many fans are panicking so much. This is wrong. First half we played good against their B team and most of the championship clubs arent at their B team level. Dogukan,Tetteh will join soon and another transfers such as Nwakaeme maybe Pelkas so our squad will be good. IMO we have big chance atleast for play-offs so dont feel sad just for friendly games. Friendlies are for seeing your weakness and new players adapting each other and tactics. Sorry for my english not great. I just saw negative comments and some fans feels sad and ı want to write my feelings.
