    I once did 13 days with just tan hourly sip of water and my conclusion was that i would sell my wife for a bacon butty .

    Have a mate who swears by this, think he’s got to the point where he does it weekly where he doesn’t eat for 3/4 days. Just water with some electrolyte powder or something. Reckons it’s incredible for basically all health stuff.

    This guy is ridiculous when it comes to this sort of stuff. Just gets obsessed and is all in. Don’t think he ate a carb for like 4 years when we were younger <laugh>
