Ticket prices for kids

    I have just tried it on my account and if I don't reassign the tickets I can go straight to the check out and pay. It's worth trying to empty your basket and then buying the seats again, you need to scroll down to complete the purchase.

    Ive tried that and im getting an error message saying "Unfortunately, one or more items in your basket is assigned to a newly registered client, which is not allowed ".

    It annoys the **** out of me when I read about fans having bother buying tickets. It should be so bloody simple to get fans into the SoL. They seem to want to overcomplicate everything. There should be cash turnstiles on the day and the ticket office should be open from 9-5 most days, maybe 11am-7pm some days

    I don't think that you need to assign them though, I have just went through the process for an adult and two children without assigning them and I got to the point of being able to purchasing them.

    On the page that you can assign them if you scroll down a bit without assigning them, there should be a "proceed to checkout" button.

    It wont let me do that. As soon as i selected the seats all 3 tickets say assign. Ive tried doing all 3 in my name and proceeding to check out, but that message just keeps reappearing.
    Ive logged on and off a few times but its still not letting me do it

    It's a strange one Tees, the only reason you assign tickets is to give them the Black Cats points. Are you sure you are deleting the tickets you have tried to buy because they keep them in your basket for 30 minutes if you don't delete them. Also are you logged in with your customer number?

    I've just tried to buy 3 tickets for different age ranges and it took 12mins to actually select 3 blue dots and get them in the basket. 12 ****ing minutes <laugh><laugh><laugh>. Absolute shambles, I gave up after that. What a mess

    Thats cheap as chips. When i can guarantee to be able to make every home match ill buy myself and the boys one. Unfortunately due to work commitments i have to pick and choose which games i can attend

    Fair enough mate. We make most games, but always miss a handful due to holidays or when I'm working away. At £25 a season it doesn't bother me. Pretty sure my ticket is about £360, so all in all we are paying about £9 each per game - even if you can't make every game, it's probably worth the initial outlay

    I live in Teesside otherwise id have called over. The phone lines are none operational now so all i can do is wait for them to be ar$ed to email me back

    Ive still had no contact from the club with regards to my email, and since the phone lines are down my chances of taking my lads to a game that theyve been excited for for weeks is slipping away by the day.

    I find the whole situation disgraceful
