Hiya, I'm just wondering if any of you make a lot of slaw/salads with shredded cabbage, onion and carrots, what labour saving device do you use? I've got a Magimix but it's a pain to clean and bits of veg end up slipping down the side avoiding the blade.
Savoy cabbage is used on Sunday as the water stock makes the best roast dinner gravy . https://www.express.co.uk/finance/r...ke-perfect-gravy-beef-juice-and-cabbage-water Follow the science
I got hold of some gardrn Zookinis and made moozakha with pork mince, spud base and fresh tomatoes. Egg yolk & fresh ground nutmeg in the Bechamel source 10/10
Looks very tasty. I’ve heard you have to be wary with zukinis as if they crossbreed they can become a bit toxic or some **** like that.
Secret with courgette is to slice sprinkle salt on it & cover with a tea towel. All the water & bitter taste leaves then roast it in the oven in olive oil to brown with potatoes. Game changer
