Trying to kill the last hour at work.

Who is your shock player of the season so far from all of the Premier League?

I would say Charlie Adam has to be up there

Bardo for me, cant be shocked about the likes of Adam coz I did not know him so could not be shocked.

Now then, Bardo I have always liked, a very good Right back and defender, limited going forward but honest slugger.

He then moves to the left to cover, we hold our breath and hope we can get Richardson back there before Bardo does damage, he now defenda, goes forward and would you believe, scores cracking goals.

andy carroll, and then the andy carroll transfer.

hate to say it, but he was nothing but a championship standard thug at the start of the season, and now, begrudgingly, i reckon he's one of the premier league's best strikers. honourable mentions to charlie adam of course, left him out of my fantasy football team for far too long.

In the league: Dimitar Berbatov for me! These stats are mighty impressive......

    GAMES - 23. GOALS - 19. ASSISTS - 2. SHOTS - 78.

At Sunderland: Phil Bardsley. He's had an outstanding season :)

The bit in bold for me! I thought he would end up at Spurs for an extortionate £18m or so!

good to see one chance getting his dig in on henderson. getting a bit pathetic mate.

actually, lots of surprising things this season if you think about it. hughton going has to be one, and though we've gotten used to it now, the b£nt transfer completely pulled the rug out from under me. nasri must deserve an honourable mention as one of the most surprising players.

    Just answering the question <ok>

Also, people seem to mentioning Bardo. You seem PM them and tell them Bardsley is completely irrelevant, yunno, to carry on your theme too.

For SAFC- Titus, when SB took him I feared the worst, has not come to pass and he has been good. Not Bardo, I always rated him as a defender and a 100% professional.

As for the rest, I'd agree with Dorset - Berbatov, not only for his goal scoring record so far, butalso I've seen him put in a tackle as well!!

The shock of the season is the scousers paying £35m for Ann Carol, Kenny must be mad.

you are like a dog with a bone. look at the player of the season thread. look at all my posts in the henderson thread. i am well aware of how fantastic bardsley has been all season, and have said, repeatedly, that i think he is brilliant. in fact, have look at my profile if you want, after all, a picture is worth a thousand words. i just don't see why him and henderson need to be compared. you've offered nothing to this thread except to spout more rubbish on henderson. congratulations.
