**** all those scientists; if the same petro-funded mouthpieces in the media and on the web, who for decades said that lead in petrol and smoking wasn't a problem, say it's all a conspiracy to deny Brexit and that skin cancer and suburban wildfires are good for us, then I'm all for it. I want my grandkids to grow up on the new Venus. Now get back to the real news of trannies and Meghan Markle.
Think it's a metaphor for an STD. Didn't know that you could get that from a blow-up doll. Glad I never tried now.
I'm watching all these poor folk's homes and businesses being destroyed. But it's ok I'll tell them it's just like 1666 Meanwhile... weirdo's insecure about their own sexuality get triggered by unisex toilets!
You know one day the papers will be full of news of an angler and NCP car park attendant in the Bromsgrove area caught driving around at midnight in a full nightie, high-heels, stockings, and answering to the name of Mistress Kustard?
Err no, you utter ****wit. I said the Earth's climate has always been cyclical. My statement, by it's very nature, points out the climate has always changed throughout the history of this planet and long before any fossil fuels were extracted. You, however, will probably deny this. ****ing clown.
Where that argument falls down is the fact that previously changes have taken place over hundreds, if not thousands of years. The current change has occurred over less that a century. You can plot temperature rises on a chart and they are completely out of kilter with any previous changes.
For anyone interested in the national numbers, the Met Office give access to the maximum temperatures from their sites back to the day they were opened. https://www.metoffice.gov.uk/research/climate/maps-and-data/historic-station-data Plucking a couple of the longer term ones. please log in to view this image please log in to view this image please log in to view this image
There's a few good reasons they tend to start these things in the mid 1800's. That's not climate denial, it's more about people not presenting the whole picture, so the 'solutions' are liable to be flawed. We're still coming out of an ice age. please log in to view this image Earth’s hottest periods—the Hadean, the late Neoproterozoic, the Cretaceous Hot Greenhouse, the PETM—occurred before humans existed. Those ancient climates would have been like nothing our species has ever seen. Modern human civilization, with its permanent agriculture and settlements, has developed over just the past 10,000 years or so. The period has generally been one of low temperatures and relative global (if not regional) climate stability. Compared to most of Earth’s history, today is unusually cold; we now live in what geologists call an interglacial—a period between glaciations of an ice age. https://www.climate.gov/news-features/climate-qa/whats-hottest-earths-ever-been
Morning. Middle of summer but at least that horrendous 2 day long slightly higher temperatures are over with
Oh dear. Away and talk to a statue (one that hasn't been pulled down by some white privileged lefty woke twats). That's your level of conversational interactions you ****ing old ****.
