Ummmmm. 6-0 Saints and then we'll take our foot off the gas in a sudden fit of altruism.

Didn't know that Guly came off because of injury Saturday, with the OS stating that he's a doubt.

We should be able to win this match, however I can see us coming unstuck.

I read that as well but also listened to Adkins interview on saints player and got the impression that everyone was fit, sometimes the team news contradicts the manager and vica versa.

Poshfan: sorry if we're all a bit chesty at the moment and liable to give offence by our warwhoops! But don't overdo the shock horror mate - what did you expect to hear from fans who've suffered so much over the last few years and suddenly we're on top of the world? Maidenlike modesty? No real Saints fan underrates your team, believe me.

So true! We are all here pinching ourselves, but many are just waiting for the 'old Saints' to come back. But to be fair we haven't seen them for at least two years!

I am going for a hard fought 8-1. There is no way we will keep a clean sheet against you.....

I have a feeling Guly wont be risked, nor Lallana (not sure why, just have a gut feeling)

    4-2 saints win though with:

    Davis
    Butterfield Hooiveld Fonte Fox
    De Ridder Hammond Cork Chaplow
    Lambert Connolly

SUBS: Bart, Martin, Schneiderlin, Barnard, Harding

Sorry probably a bad choice of phrase, what I meant was that you were unlikely to give Butterfield the space to launch those crosses in and you will almost certainly try to keep Lambert quiet in the area by whatever means you can, otherwise you will pay the ultimate penalty, may the better side win on the night.

I'm afraid if Fergie persists playing a back 4 and that useless piece of s**t Sinclair up front I can only see a saints win by a couple of goals. I'm afraid Fergie has no plan B. Loads of POSH fans in the local paper questioning Sinclairs inclusion but for some reason (unbeknown so far) Fergie thinks the sun shines out of his arse.
Now I've said Sinclair will probably sneak a winner

What's wrong with Sinclair? Thought he was doing for Posh?

I reckon Guly and Lallana will both start, Adkins hinted that everyone was fit

Sinclair is on a par with that guy Souness signed for you a few years ago allegedly on the say so of George Weah, can't think of his name but Sinclair is on a par with him, his goal record as a player,22 goals in 133 games that equates to a goal every 6.045 games

Didn't he get two on the first game of the season? I bet that was a false dawn! He'll probably score tomorrow though, said that.

Yes, he got two on his debut but def false dawn. I have not seen a worse player in my 35 yrs a season ticket holder, I would love him to prove me wrong but I just cannot see it. Fergie sticks with him yet we have David Ball on the bench whose goal ratio is far superior,I just don't get Fergies thought's on this one.
