I responded to YOUR post about Honeyman which had nothing to do with MY post that you were quoting. ****ing hell man, re-read the conversation. Shark and I were talking about the wage structure of current players and you piped up with something about Honeyman and what we offered him, nothing to do with what you were quoting.
No I don't, I'm way down the food chain. Others always know stuff well before me. And yes, Honeyman left because he wasn't gonna be as high in the pecking order here as Milwall promised him. He said as much himself. He didn't leave on bad terms. You're constantly accusing of lowballing and disrespect which you're pulling out of nowhere
That didn't answer the question about being respected, it basically refers to the fact that he was being told he wasn't going to be first choice over the signings, who have a better quality over him, thus would be picked ahead of him. If anything it shows him having lack of respect for the club and the recruitment of the club, because he felt that he wasn't 'wanted', which obviously wasn't the case otherwise they'd have just released him and not offered an imporoved contract. So, please show me a quote where he stated he 'didn't feel respected'. I've come to the conclusion that you make a lot of stuff up in the majority of your posts, that you haven't repeated from other posters and you're like a dog with a bone and just won't let it go when challenged and dig in even further and make yourself look a bit stupid. Are you the one with the podcast in Austrailia? If so **** knows what the Aussies think of our club with the **** you come out with.
I don't know where to start with this so I guess I won't. You talk yourself in circles to discredit Honeyman then suggest I make **** up. Have a good day pal.
They really do look like a good pairing Seri and Slater, with Greaves/Jones/Fig behind them & either Baxter or Ingram in goal, that is a good foundation.
It's weird to have such honesty at the club nowadays. Nothing groundbreaking but great to hear things from shota and acun about what's going on behind the scenes. Re. Honeymon, wages and cliques-I'd imagine that honeymon was expecting the salary of a starting 11 player and probably breaking the 10k barrier but to be honest with the players we've brought in I doubt he'd have been more than a rotation option starting less games than Fleming etc. This will also be the year that the lads who were originally here prove that they can make a step up and mix it with the new lads and I wouldn't be surprised to see new deals handed out to players who impress this coming year to bring them more in line with tufan/seri etc. At the end of the day Seri technically got promoted last year, our lot finished 19th.
"Dogukan Sinik and Benjamin Tetteh have agreed terms and passed medicals this week and are now awaiting international clearance before their moves can be ratified, " Which explains the delays in transfer announcements
"Jacob and I had a conversation, I think we’re at a very good stage, a very, very good stage," Kesler told Hull Live. "All credit to Jacob, now he sees me and he sees Acun, we’re present, we’re talking to him and we’re trying to understand him and we’re getting to know each other. "I was with him on the golf course (on Thursday) as a team, so we had enough time to speak and get to know each other. He knows that I’m genuine, that I’m honest and so is Acun. I think we're going to meet somewhere along the line and extend his contract." Sounds very promising
Not sure other than money why he wouldn’t sign, he’s not the finished article, he’s still got a mistake in him. He isn’t walking into any pl side yet, he’d be better staying with us for another year or two.
All I can say for Greaves is he seems a bit more level-headed about his future than KLP and more likely to commit to a long-term deal now than jump ship if a PL offer came in.
