I rarely listen to pundits opinions. That’s all they are in the end are opinions and for the most part they know far less about Leeds than any of us here

I just clicked into LEEDS UTD news and that was one of the headlines. I don't go on twatter or any social formats much anyway because I just get into trouble from faceless twats. <grr>

Yup. He might turn out to be right. But he hasn’t a clue. That said he did say we were signing nobodies and I guess he’s very well qualified to recognise a footballing nobody.

Hey, he got the clickbait he/talk talk were after

    Afternoon all

Agreed it’s about the fitness and seeing who plays well together for the first few games but it’s always good to come away with a win.

The serious end of preseason is fast approaching and so far so good

Watched the game and if we were anywhere near our best we'd have given them a good hiding. Truth is we weren't and they nearly and maybe should have snatched a draw right at the end.

As it's all about fitness at this stage of our pre season and everyone got a run out I'd suggest we forget this game and move on <ok>

First half hour we were awesome. We could have scored 3 or 4. They got a goal back against the run of play, an we lost our creativity a bit

    Afternoon all.
I didn't get to watch the game but just saw the highlights. It seemed to me that the 1st half team was much more organised than the 2nd half. I also thought it looked like we had more width first half, 2nd half we seemed to be attacking more through the middle.
I thought Klaessen came out from his box once in the first half, Meslier doesn't seem to do that too much.
From what I saw some were too quick to write off James and Gelhardt looks like he's settling in well. The way he drifts about he'd be a nightmare for a CB to pick up.

I thought there were promising signs.

Think the main difference was Roca, organised, solid, a baller

Forshaw did a good job alongside him as well.

I would also say the first half’s attack linked up a lot better but probably due to having a more settled midfield behind them or just better players, who knows? But makes for an interesting couple of weeks. At this stage the good consistent performances have come from Koch, Roca, Forshaw, Gray and Gelhardt.
